Description
Kiilto dB Stop is a 3 mm thick floor underlay made of cork-rubber compound. Available in 500 x 500 mm sheets that are glued down to the subfloor. The subfloor must be solid; suitable coverings are ceramic tiles or engineered parquet. Suitable for homes and public areas (hotels, schools, offices, etc.) and similar dry indoor areas. Not for industrial floors or similar hard wear floors. The subfloor must be even enough, rigid and solid, as well as free from dust and other impurities. Suitable substrates are, for example, concrete and construction board. Rough and uneven floors are smoothed with suitable Kiilto floor levelling compound. The surface must be dry and the concrete’s relative moisture below 85%.
